Damon Braces
Self-ligating Damon braces use a slide mechanism, reducing friction and discomfort. They offer faster treatment times and fewer adjustments, providing a more comfortable orthodontic experience.
Invisalign
Invisalign utilizes clear, removable aligners to gradually shift teeth into place discreetly. They're virtually invisible and offer convenience with easy removal for eating and cleaning, suitable for those seeking more aesthetically pleasing teeth braces in Dubai.
Incognito Lingual Braces
Placed behind the teeth, Incognito lingual braces are virtually invisible. Custom-made to fit each patient's teeth precisely, they provide effective treatment while remaining discreet.
Ceramic Braces
Ceramic braces blend with the natural tooth color, making them less noticeable than metal braces. They offer a discreet option for orthodontic treatment without sacrificing effectiveness.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take?
It depends on each case and its complexity. It could be as little as a few months or could extend up to 2 years minimum. Your orthodontist will be the best judge for that.
Is it painful?
Only upon the first few days of the installation and activation after each visit you will feel pain and pressure, but it could be resolved with over the counter pain medications.
How to brush my teeth properly?
First your orthodontist will prescribe an orthodontic soft toothbrush as the initial clean up the patient is advised to further clean with a small interdental toothbrush. Along with that a mouthwash can also be prescribed for the patient to help limit the gum inflammation.
How often do I have to visit the orthodontist?
Usually a regular orthodontist visit every 4-6 weeks is advised.
When should I start orthodontic treatment?
For adults, it can be started at any time. For children, it’s recommended to have a consultation visit by the age of 7 to an orthodontist so they can assess. But usually for most cases, it’s as soon as the child replaces all their milk teeth and has all of the permanent ones.
What can I eat?
As far as clear aligners, there are no any food restrictions. Unlike fixed braces, hard, crunchy, sticky food should be avoided.
I have a poking wire hurting my cheek, what to do?
Try to visit your orthodontist as soon as possible, but as a temporary measure, buy the orthodontic wax that you can purchase at any pharmacy and place it on the wire that is extending to your cheek.
One of the brackets came off, what to do?
Save the detached bracket into a tissue or a box, and book an appointment with your orthodontist as soon as possible.
Will I need to remove my teeth?
It depends on each case. In severe cases of malalignment, the orthodontist is forced to go for the removal of certain teeth. So your orthodontist will be the best judge.
Can I play sports or do any physical activity?
There might be some restrictions and patients will need some time for adjustments. For most cases, we advise patients to wear a mouth guard while playing sports. For Fixed braces it’s better to not perform any physical activities as teeth are mobile and more prone to trauma.
Do I still need to visit my general dentist while undergoing orthodontic treatment?
Yes, your oral hygiene needs to be optimal during orthodontic treatment. So we recommend routine dental cleaning and to get all fillings needed before orthodontic journey.
Will I need to wear retainers at the end?
Yes, in order to make sure your teeth won’t move back then you need to place wire retainers that are placed at the inside of your teeth full time. Along with that, we give a removable retainer that is worn night time only to help aid in the retention of your teeth.
How long do I have to wear the retainers for?
As long as you don’t want your teeth to move, then you will have to use the retainers.
Part of the retainer broke, what to do?
Visit your orthodontist as soon as possible so they can fix it, or else your teeth will move.
